A small, but growing town in a rural setting, with great schools, nice folks and large open spaces


Burlington has always been a small town, when it first started out in the mid to late 1800’s it was home to a few cheese factories. Towards the late 1900’s, the last dairy factory closed. Burlington is considered a rural town and is home to small plastics companies as well as the town favorite, Klein’s Quality Produce. Burlington includes parks, recreation trails and plenty of open space. Burlington is one the few towns that has managed to maintain its small town character, with a population under 1, 000, the residents of Burlington really get to know one another. A well known and popular spot in Burlington is Mott's Lounge located on Main street, where they serve their famous "Swampwater".
