The village of Bartlett was incorporated in 1891. What started out as a forty acre town in the 1900’s has slowly developed into an area with over 100 miles of streets. Over the years Bartlett has seen expansion in their industrial and commercial industries as well as residential areas, because of this Bartlett is becoming increasingly attractive for commercial, office and industrial opportunities. Living in Bartlett, you can spend your time enjoying the downtown area with easy access to the Metra Rail, the Bartlett History Museum, Heritage Days and in the summer months the Bartlett Farmer's Market is held in town which attracts more than 500 customers each week.

Fun Fact:
The largest Hindu Temple of stone and marble built in the United States is located in Bartlett off of Route 59
